Job Description:
Choiks Services LLC is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to manage client accounts and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the business setup process. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and coordinating services effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate services accordingly
- Maintain regular communication and provide status updates
- Resolve client concerns in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in client relationship management or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Knowledge of business services or consultancy operations is an advantage
